ResponsibilitiesThe Coordinator Title Services is responsible for the closing and administration of closing for timeshare sales. The functions performed include preparing, assembling, verifying and processing title documents related to real property conveyances while ensuring state, federal, and regulatory requirements are met. You will ensure quality customer service and timely closings for clients and lenders, track and status contracts in multiple systems, and work with title agencies, underwriting agencies, internal and external partners and consumers.
- Efficiently and accurately post-close closings of new or existing timeshare sales, including review of sales documents, confirmation of transaction type, affidavit, and delivery of final closing documents (deed, mortgage, title policies) to internal business partners.
- Data entry of recorded documents into master database.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality, both internally and externally.
- Facilitate the issuance and payment of title policies as applicable.
- Work independently as well as part of a team.
- Apply analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Meet or exceed post-close goals and deadlines as set by leadership.
- Perform data entry, accounts payable, upload of documents for electronic file retention, and report generation tasks.
- Proficiently manage multiple systems, maintaining accurate records, including Bluegreen proprietary systems.
- Communicate areas in need of improvement to leadership and practice delivering solutions.
- Offer training to new associates.
- Assist with special projects as required.
- Remain detail oriented while multitasking.
- Maintain accurate closing schedules.
- Follow up with closers and attorneys to obtain missing documentation.
- Work under demanding conditions, make decisions and exercise discretion when necessary.
- Collaborate as a team, recognizing all members are vital to its success.

- Complete all required company training and compliance courses as assigned.
- Adhere to company standards and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- HS Diploma
- 1–3 years of related experience
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Data entry experience
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Eager to acquire new skills and grow personally and professionally
Preferred qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of AS400
- Basic knowledge of Title Express
- Basic knowledge of Synergy system
- Basic knowledge of Timeshare Ware
Knowledge of mortgage loan documentation processes is helpful.
