Base Pay: $150,000–$175,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Superintendent to oversee construction of luxury homes in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

• Oversee all stages of the project life cycle including planning, execution, and closure.
• Manage construction professionals and ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Resolve issues or delays during construction.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report on progress.
• Develop and implement project schedules, plans, and budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status.

• Minimum 5 years in a senior superintendent role, preferably in luxury home construction.
• Proven experience managing large teams and overseeing complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and other relevant applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Certification as a Construction Manager or equivalent is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
