Custom Project Manager

Base pay range

$100,000 – $140,000 per year

• Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management from initiation to completion.
• Working closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Managing and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth progress of the project.
• Ensuring the highest quality standards are met in all aspects of construction.
• Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Preparing and presenting regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Ensuring all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, local and state regulations are met.

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction or engineering industry, with a focus on luxury, custom, and residential homes.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Excellent knowledge of construction details and quality standards for high-end residential projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to work.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• A valid driver’s license is required as travel between sites will be necessary.
• PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset.
