• Assist in oversight of all construction projects performed.
• Oversee the construction team in on‑site efforts to build and renovate projects throughout the community.
• Supervise all team members and maintain a safe work environment.
• Order materials, schedule deliveries, obtain quotes, control schedule, permit projects, and coordinate inspections.
• Perform mechanical tasks such as drywall, framing, HVAC, and carpentry as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ experience as a construction supervisor or in construction management.
• Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

$29.61 – $37.05 per hour; the starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
