Roofing Project Manager

Statewide Windows & Doors is looking for an experienced and motivated Roofing Project Manager to join our growing team in the Boca Raton area. If you’re organized, dependable, great with customers, and have experience managing roofing projects from start to finish, we want to hear from you!

• Manage roofing projects from initial scheduling through completion
• Coordinate with homeowners, crews, vendors, and internal teams
• Conduct job-site visits and ensure projects stay on schedule
• Communicate project updates and timelines to customers
• Monitor workmanship, materials, and overall project quality
• Identify and resolve project issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain accurate project documentation and follow company procedures
• Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the entire process

• Roofing or construction project management experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Comfortable working in the field and visiting job sites
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• A positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic

• $80,000–$110,000 annual earning potential

• High School Diploma
