Location: South Florida (Boca Raton / Delray Beach area)

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 + vehicle allowance + bonus

We are working with a design-build residential remodeling firm based in South Florida that manages high-end home renovations from design through final walkthrough. Projects are spread across South Florida, with a heavy concentration in Boca Raton and Delray Beach. The team is lean and hands-on, and ownership is looking for a Superintendent / Field Supervisor to run the field side of its active jobs.

This is a field leadership role. You will be the company's presence on site: coordinating trades, keeping schedules on track, holding the quality bar, and keeping homeowners informed while their homes are under construction.

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on multiple concurrent residential remodeling projects across South Florida
• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors, trades, and field crews
• Walk each job regularly to track progress, verify workmanship, and resolve issues before they become delays
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate material deliveries, inspections, and site readiness
• Enforce jobsite safety, cleanliness, and protection of occupied homes and finished surfaces
• Read and work from plans, specifications, and design selections, and flag conflicts or field conditions to the office and design team
• Serve as a professional, on-site point of contact for homeowners, communicating clearly in English and Spanish with clients and crews
• Coordinate with building departments and inspectors to schedule and pass inspections
• Manage punch lists, final walkthroughs, and project closeout

• Residential remodeling experience is required
• Commercial construction experience is preferred but not required
• Proven experience supervising trades and running multiple projects at once
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily between job sites throughout South Florida
• Ideally based in northern Broward County or southern Palm Beach County
• Strong working knowledge of residential construction sequencing, finishes, and quality standards
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable being the face of the company in a client's home

• Base salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 based on experience
