Associate Creative Director — Brand (Celsius)

The Copywriter — Brand (Celsius) is a creative, strategic storyteller responsible for crafting compelling, high-performance messaging across packaging, POS, campaigns and digital platforms. From actionable headlines to campaign narratives, this role helps translate brand strategy into words that energize, inform and excite. The copywriter will play a key role in shaping Celsius’ creative output — collaborating with ACDs, designers, and marketing teams to ensure Celsius’ voice is clear, consistent and continually evolving with the brand.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, conceptual thinker with strong writing fundamentals and a passion for building brand presence and distinction through copy. They should be fluent in writing within brand guidelines, applying and developing messaging hierarchies, and ensuring clarity across product lines and consumer touchpoints.

Responsibilities
  • Write clear, engaging copy across campaigns, packaging, POS, digital and social channels
  • Support concept development through headlines, flavor naming and short-form storytelling
  • Translate brand strategy, product benefits, and marketing briefs into compelling consumer-facing copy
  • Collaborate with ACDs, designers and senior writers to ensure cohesive visual-verbal execution
  • Ensure clarity and differentiation across product SKUs by tailoring messaging to highlight unique benefits, personalities, flavors or formats
  • Proofread, edit and refine copy with strong attention to grammar, tone and detail
  • Maintain consistency of brand voice across all deliverables
  • Participate in creative brainstorms, contributing strong ideas and conceptual thinking
  • Adapt quickly to feedback and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist with legal copy reviews and cross-functional copy alignment as needed
  • Assist with the development of global copy, thinking strategically about specific product and marketing placements
  • Stay attuned to cultural language trends, competitor messaging and evolving brand voice opportunities
  • Assist with presentation development as needed
  • Conceptualization and Design:
    Collaborate closely with the Digital/Campaigns team to conceptualize and develop creative strategies and designs that elevate the brand’s visual identity
  • Photo Shoot concepts and

    Collaboration:

    Contribute creative concepts and provide design direction and support to bring the brand’s vision to life through captivating visual imagery

    Required:
