Our Spa Associates:
- Meet membership sales goals
- Have detailed knowledge of our service menu
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting connections
- Communicate sales, promotions, and service options effectively
- Maintain spa cleanliness standards
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
- Perform other duties as assigned
