Dispatcher Representative

Base Pay Range: $16.00/hr – $16.00/hr

Location: Boca Raton Resort (Boca Raton, FL)

Schedule: Morning/Afternoon; must be willing to work holidays.

The Spirit Of The Position

The Dispatcher Representative will greet, transmit, and check in/out guests' vehicles through the valet process.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and assist guests in lobbies.
  • Respond and resolve correspondence in a timely manner, demonstrating a caring attitude.
  • Promote excellent customer relations with a friendly, can‑do attitude.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.

  • Charismatic, energetic, and helpful.
  • Responsible and never disappoints.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and without supervision.
  • Communicates professionally and effectively in English.
  • Receptive to feedback and different viewpoints.

Requirements
  • Positive attitude.
  • Hospitality experience (hotel, resort, lodges) required.
  • Customer service experience required.
Education
  • High school diploma or GED required.
Experience
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Parking industry experience preferred but not required.
Physical Demands
  • Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat frequently.
