Customer Service Representative – 1328 NW 2nd Ave

- Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and great customer service skills
- Take orders over the phone and in person
- Deal with customer concerns
- Handle cash accurately
- Upsell products when appropriate
- Make Domino’s high‑quality pizzas
- Control food portions and maintain quality standards
- Adhere to hygiene and food safety procedures
- Prepare food items and keep stations clean
- Perform general cleaning duties as needed
- Operate all equipment and stock ingredients for production
- Receive and process telephone orders and take inventory as required
- Maintain accurate order records on computer or touch screen
- Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly (calculator use allowed)
- Make correct monetary change
- Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Possess motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to move quickly and accurately
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Standing:
Most tasks are performed from a standing position - Walking:
For short distances and short durations - Lifting:
Deliveries of up to 50 lbs with dimensions up to 3' x 1.5' are unloaded by hand truck - Carrying:
Large cans (3 lbs) and pizza sauce (30 lbs) are carried from workstation to storage shelves or front of store - Pushing:
Trays on a dolly require a force of up to 7.5 lbs to push; trays may also be pulled - Climbing:
Occasionally use stairs or ladders to change prices on signs, wash walls, or perform maintenance - Stooping/Bending:
Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station; duration typically 30–45 seconds repeatedly during the day - Crouching/Squatting:
Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas - Reaching:
Reaching is performed continuously up, down and forward - Hand Tasks:
Eye‑hand coordination is essential; use of hands is continuous during the day, especially for shaping dough
