• Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and great customer service skills
• Take orders over the phone and in person
• Deal with customer concerns
• Handle cash accurately
• Upsell products when appropriate
• Make Domino’s high‑quality pizzas
• Control food portions and maintain quality standards
• Adhere to hygiene and food safety procedures
• Prepare food items and keep stations clean
• Perform general cleaning duties as needed
• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients for production
• Receive and process telephone orders and take inventory as required
• Maintain accurate order records on computer or touch screen

• Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly (calculator use allowed)
• Make correct monetary change
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Possess motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to move quickly and accurately
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

• Standing:
  Most tasks are performed from a standing position
• Walking:
  For short distances and short durations
• Lifting:
  Deliveries of up to 50 lbs with dimensions up to 3' x 1.5' are unloaded by hand truck
• Carrying:
  Large cans (3 lbs) and pizza sauce (30 lbs) are carried from workstation to storage shelves or front of store
• Pushing:
  Trays on a dolly require a force of up to 7.5 lbs to push; trays may also be pulled
• Climbing:
  Occasionally use stairs or ladders to change prices on signs, wash walls, or perform maintenance
• Stooping/Bending:
  Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station; duration typically 30–45 seconds repeatedly during the day
• Crouching/Squatting:
  Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas
• Reaching:
  Reaching is performed continuously up, down and forward
• Hand Tasks:
  Eye‑hand coordination is essential; use of hands is continuous during the day, especially for shaping dough
