• Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and great customer service skills.
• Take orders over the phone and in person.
• Deal with customer concerns.
• Handle cash and make correct monetary change.
• Upsell products and promote menu items.
• Make high‑quality pizzas.
• Perform food and portion control, hygiene and food safety duties.
• Clean equipment and the facility daily.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients and inventory.
• Prepare product and process telephone orders.
• Complete associated paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility.

• Comprehend and give written instructions accurately.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers for order processing.

• Perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) accurately.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Use motor coordination for rapid and precise movements.

• Stand for long periods.
• Walk short distances frequently.
• Lift up to 50 lbs during deliveries.
• Carry up to 30 lbs of pizza sauce and 12 lb trays of dough.
• Push or pull trays on dollies up to 7.5 lb force.
• Occasional climbing of stairs or ladders.
• Perform reaching, stooping, bending, and crouching tasks.
• Maintain eye‑hand coordination throughout the shift.
