Base pay range: $20.00/hr – $26.00/hr.

Closed Thursday and Sundays. Saturday is a half day.

• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients in person and over the phone.
• Follow up consistently to help patients schedule and commit to care.
• Build trust while overcoming objections with empathy and professionalism.
• Track and meet monthly case acceptance and production goals.
• Collaborate with clinical and front office teams to ensure smooth patient experiences.
• Help train other staff on treatment plan presentation skills.

• Goal‑oriented and enjoy helping people make informed decisions.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Persistent, persuasive, and not afraid of repeat calls.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a dental setting.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus.
• Preferred: prior management experience.
