Print and Product Design Production Manager

Our beauty and wellness client is hiring a Print and Product Design Production Manager for an ongoing freelance opportunity, 24-30 hours a week, onsite in Boca Raton, FL. Ideally the person will start early December.

• Manage end‑to‑end production for labels, packaging, and printed collateral
• Develop project scopes, specifications, and secure vendor quotes
• Oversee production schedules, timelines, and deliverables
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to ensure brand standards
• Review dielines, layouts, and artwork for accuracy
• Lead proofing process and final approvals
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and trademarks
• Conduct quality checks on prototypes and final materials
• Build and manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and identify cost‑saving opportunities

• 7+ years in print production, packaging development, or related consumer product roles
• Expertise in print methods (offset, digital, flexo, screen) and packaging engineering
• Strong knowledge of dielines, carton construction, and label materials
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
• Deep understanding of prepress workflows and color management
• Exceptional project management and communication skills
• Experience in health, beauty, or regulated consumer product categories is a bonus
