Pediatrics Physician

Location: Boca Raton, FL
Compensation: $240,000+ (Base + Bonus) with Full Benefits

We are seeking a Board-Certified Pediatrician to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in an established, high-volume outpatient practice located in beautiful Boca Raton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate physician who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and wants to make a lasting impact on children and families.

Our practice emphasizes personal, attentive care from routine checkups and immunizations to sports physicals and developmental guidance within a warm, family-focused setting.

• Base Salary: $215,000 $ 230,000 (based on experience and board status)

• Annual Bonus: Up to $10,000

• Total Compensation: $240,000+

• Schedule: Full-time, outpatient only

• Daily Volume: patients

• Support Team: Dedicated front desk, scheduler, CMA, and a full-time ARNP (4 days/week)

• CME allowance: $3,000 annually + 5 CME days

• Board Certified in Pediatrics

• Active and unrestricted Florida medical license

• At least 1 year of pediatric outpatient experience (2+ preferred)

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Committed to delivering high-quality, family-oriented care

• Portuguese fluency is required
