An established private outpatient medical organization in South Florida is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to serve as Medical Director of a growing practice.
This is a hands‑on physician leadership opportunity combining direct patient care, clinical leadership, functional medicine, longevity care, metabolic health, preventive medicine, and practice development
.
The Medical Director will assume a key clinical leadership role within an established practice and work alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff.
Key Clinical FocusThe practice provides comprehensive outpatient care with an emphasis on:
- Functional and integrative medicine
- Longevity and preventive health
- Medical weight management
- GLP-1 therapy
- Metabolic health
- Hormone and thyroid optimization
- Peptide therapy
- IV therapy
- Men's and women's health
- Regenerative medicine
- Stem cell/exosome therapies
- Botox and aesthetic medicine
- Sexual health
- Diabetes and chronic disease management
- Lifestyle and wellness optimization
Candidates should have current, practical experience in at least two of the following three areas:
1. Medical Weight Loss / GLP-1 Management- Patient evaluation
- GLP-1 prescribing and management
- Treatment monitoring
- Medication adjustments
- Metabolic/weight-management care
- Patient evaluation
- Hands‑on injection procedures
- Regenerative medicine treatment
- Appropriate follow‑up and monitoring
- Botox or comparable neuromodulator injections
- Patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Medical aesthetics/med‑spa procedures
- Documented procedural competency or formal training
Minimal foundational training is expected; candidates should be comfortable providing these services within their licensure, training, and applicable standards.
