While we work with students across the country, our immediate openings are:

Location:

• School District of Palm Beach County campuses
• Boca Raton, FL 33486

Schedule:

• In-person position during the school day
• 3-13 hours per week, with the ability to work 13+ hours with virtual work when the need arises

Hours:

• Part-time position starts on January 12, 2026
• The in-person position in Boca Raton will be for every Wednesday for 3 hours during the school day
• In addition to this position, tutors will have the opportunity to sub/work in West Palm Beach for 2 other programs we currently have. These programs are Tuesdays and Thursdays or Fridays from 10am-3pm

Pay:

• $30 per hour, based on experience and other factors

• Work as a Tutor, supporting Kindergarten-5th grade students in ELA and Math.
• Support students in Special Education with IEP's.
• Provide small group tutoring sessions to students using the provided curriculum and learning technology.
• Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a conducive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.

• A teaching credential issued by the state of Florida or a bachelor's degree accompanied by a Statement of Eligibility issued by the Florida Department of Education (ESE Certificate)
• Have classroom experience teaching or supporting reading instruction
• Have experience with Special Education students
• Have experience using the Science of Reading or willingness to be trained in this
• Can complete the fingerprinting process within 48 hours of an offer
• You will pass FBI/DOJ background check
• You can provide 3 professional references
• You are detail-oriented and highly dependable
• You are an effective communicator
• You have reliable transportation
• You can provide a negative tuberculosis test within 2 weeks of being hired
• You love learning, teaching, and empowering others to soar
