* Identify and apply relevant educational research-based instructional strategies in order to develop engaging and differentiated lessons, assignments and assessments for students at a variety of levels.
* Utilize relevant technology and resources for optimal engagement and differentiation.

* Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students and use information to adjust teaching strategies.
* Maintain and utilize accurate and comprehensive documentation and evidence of students' progress and development.
