We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Surveyor & Mapper for our Client's Boca Raton or Port St. Lucie office, offering a competitive salary of $75,+ based on experience. The ideal candidate should possess a Florida Professional Land Surveyors (PLS) or Professional Surveyors & Mappers (PSM) License and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities include demonstrating proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office, producing various surveys, interpreting utility as‑builts, conducting detailed research at multiple levels, and reviewing Title documents. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with the Surveyor for job completion are crucial.
The position requires punctuality, a valid driver's license, a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week with potential for overtime, and flexibility for weekend work when necessary. Proficiency in electronic survey equipment is a must, and candidates will undergo a mandatory drug test.
