• Lead structural design for high-end residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings across South Florida’s coastal environment
• Stamp drawings, guide design teams, and push projects from concept through construction
• Perform advanced structural analysis for concrete, steel, masonry, and specialty systems
• Oversee junior engineers, mentor technical staff, and elevate team standards
• Collaborate directly with architects, developers, and contractors who expect excellence
• Conduct site visits, solve field challenges, and ensure structures thrive under Florida codes + coastal loads

• Florida P.E. (S.E. a bonus)
• 8–15+ years of building design experience
• Deep knowledge of FBC, high-wind design, and coastal construction
• Proven ability to lead projects, coordinate teams, and communicate with clients
• Someone who can think on their feet and deliver solutions — not excuses
