Location:
Boca Raton, FL
- Lead and grow the Water/Wastewater practice, implementing strategies for market expansion.
- Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Drive business development efforts, including proposals, presentations, and client engagement.
- Collaborate with Market Leaders and Discipline Directors to achieve annual growth goals.
- Provide technical oversight and mentor a team of engineering professionals.
- Represent H2M at industry events, trade shows, and through thought leadership initiatives.
- Forecast trends and identify emerging technologies to keep H2M at the forefront of the industry.
- 15+ years in Water/Wastewater consulting for municipal, private, and public agency clients.
- Proven success in client development and project acquisition.
Licensed Professional Engineer with ability to obtain multi-state reciprocity.
Skills:Strong technical background in design, construction, and operations of Water/Wastewater infrastructure.
- Expertise in project management, budgeting, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
