Professional Engineer (PE) – Civil Engineering
A reputable Civil Engineering firm operating in Boca Raton and Port St. Lucie seeks a Professional Engineer (PE) with strong land development experience. This role offers hands‑on design, project coordination, and involvement throughout the full project lifecycle.
Base Pay Range$75,000 – $120,000 per year (actual pay based on skills and experience).
Responsibilities- Perform stormwater, water distribution, and sewer system calculations.
- Prepare plans, specifications, cost estimates, and construction documents.
- Design civil site infrastructure: roads, utilities, drainage, and grading.
- Oversee permit preparation, submission, certification, and closeout.
- Work closely with clients, engineers, CAD technicians, and regulatory agencies.
- Review shop drawings and provide construction inspection services.
- Florida PE License (required).
- 5+ years of civil land development experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; ICPR/ASAD preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Candidates with EIT will also be considered.
