Senior Project Manager – Land Development
A multi-award-winning, established engineering firm in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex land development projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
What You’ll Do- Lead project planning, resource allocation, and execution for large‑scale land development projects
- Manage financial outcomes, including budgets, contracts, and profitability
- Cultivate strong client partnerships and represent projects in community and public forums
- Oversee regulatory permitting and site plan approvals to ensure project success
- Mentor and develop project managers and technical teams to foster growth and excellence
- Champion business development efforts to expand the client base and regional footprint
