This individual will be responsible for managing and coordinating the execution of various electrical construction projects in diverse industries including Hospital, K-12, Higher Education, Commercial, Industrial, Recreation, Sports Facilities, Government, Historical, Utilities, Data Center, and Mission Critical. Job Details Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of electrical construction projects from conception to completion while ensuring compliance with design, project specifications, regulations, timelines, and budget constraints.

Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and team members for project planning, development, and execution.

Evaluate electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs and applying knowledge of electricity and materials.

Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.

Ensure safety regulations are followed at all times and maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Lead project meetings and set and manage expectations with team members and stakeholders.

Identify potential challenges and proactively seek and implement creative solutions.

Review electrical engineering plans for accuracy and viability.

Provide mentorship, guidance, and direction to junior team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management in the construction industry.

Proven experience in managing electrical construction projects in various sectors such as Hospital, K-12, Higher Education, Commercial, Industrial, Recreation, Sports Facilities, Government, Historical, Utilities, Data Center, and Mission Critical.

Proficient in design and calculation software.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
