Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL, or Boca Raton, FL (Hybrid)

A well-established CPA firm is seeking an experienced Tax Supervisor to join its Private Client Practice
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing comprehensive tax services to high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, estates, private foundations, and family investment partnerships. You’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, overseeing complex tax compliance, and delivering proactive, strategic tax planning to help clients achieve their financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of contact for high-net-worth clients and family offices, building trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns for individuals, trusts, estates, gifts, foundations, and partnerships.
  • Understand clients’ financial goals and provide customized tax planning and advisory services.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
  • Analyze clients’ financial situations to identify tax-saving opportunities and minimize liabilities.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff, fostering technical growth and professional development.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior leadership to enhance processes and develop staff training programs.
  • Stay current with changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on client strategies.
  • Conduct research on complex tax issues and deliver innovative, practical solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in tax compliance and advisory services for high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
