Job Summary:

We are an industry-leading children’s consumer goods company experiencing rapid growth, seeking a Financial Analyst to report to the Sr. Director of Finance. The role involves collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Senior Management. The ideal candidate is a passionate team player capable of managing multiple tasks, with at least two years of financial analysis experience and advanced Excel skills. This position offers a solid career growth path in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Develop streamlined accounting and financial processes, including KPI-level reporting for senior management.
• Provide financial support and analysis for US and international operations.
• Perform business performance analysis and identify areas for improvement.
• Offer predictive financial insights for decision-making and variance analysis.
• Assist with licensor royalty reporting.
• Support system and process enhancements, including Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementation.
• Design and maintain audit reports to ensure ERP data accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with overseas teams.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial data using ERP systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• At least two years of related business analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proven experience in process improvement and financial reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and business process improvement skills.
• High motivation, work ethic, and quick learning ability.
• Excellent systems, technology, and analytical skills.
• Self-reliance and resourcefulness.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver accurate results.
• ERP, database, and SQL experience is a plus.
• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
