The opportunity

Our EPM team combines financial planning expertise with modern technology solutions. You’ll guide clients through the complexities of Enterprise Performance Management—redesigning FP&A processes, implementing technology‑enabled planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions. Our Advisory Seniors help clients transform their financial planning capabilities, optimize decision‑making processes, and build scalable frameworks that drive organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex FP&A and EPM projects, ensuring quality and effective risk management.
• Lead work streams, manage client engagements, and develop innovative solutions.
• Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria.
• Provide feedback to junior team members.
• Ensure focus on quality, risk management, and continuous process improvement.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business).
• Minimum 5 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Expertise in strategic planning, AOP, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, scenario analysis, management reporting, business performance analysis, capital planning, and investment analysis.
• Strong FP&A background from corporate finance roles.
• Consulting or advisory experience implementing FP&A transformations, process improvements, or EPM solutions.
• Track record translating business challenges into improved planning and decision‑making.
• Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience with EPM platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, One Stream, Tagetik, etc. (plus understanding of how tools enable FP&A processes).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Ideal additional qualifications

• Industry experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance.
• Consulting experience in advisory, implementation, or transformation in finance functions.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials.
• Experience across multiple industries.
• Familiarity with data integration, cloud computing, system architecture.
• Executive presence and proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
