EY is looking for a Senior Manager to lead and deliver sophisticated FP&A and EPM solutions that align with clients’ strategic objectives. This role combines deep financial planning expertise with modern technology solutions to solve clients’ most pressing challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business).
• Minimum 7 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Expertise in strategic planning, long‑range planning, annual operating planning, budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes.
• Financial modeling and scenario analysis; management reporting and business performance analysis.
• Capital planning and investment analysis.
• Strong FP&A functional background (Manager, Senior Manager, or Director level).
• Consulting or advisory experience implementing FP&A transformations, process improvements, or EPM solutions.
• Experience working with EPM platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, One Stream, Tagetik, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

• Industry experience in FP&A, Financial Planning, Strategic Finance, or Corporate Finance roles in operating companies.
• Consulting experience in finance functions—advisory, implementation, or transformation consulting.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials.
• Experience across multiple industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, technology, healthcare, financial services).
• Familiarity with technical concepts such as data integration, cloud computing, or system architecture.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that build trust and foster collaboration with C‑suite executives and finance teams.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with strong executive presence.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations in dynamic environments.
• Proven ability to drive business growth and innovation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Competitive salary range for this role in the US: $150,400 to $343,600 (adjusted for location and experience). In major metro areas, the range is $180,500 to $390,500.
