Associate Director of Accounting

Associate Director, Accounting & Internal Reporting role is responsible for supporting general accounting, monthly financial close process and ensuring Company’s internal controls / related processes are adhered to. Additional focus on SEC filings, audit requests, internal controls, internal reporting and ad hoc support to the CFO, month end close, etc.

• Prepare monthly financial consolidation and manage financial close process
• Assist with the development, implementation, and documentation of internal controls
• Assist senior Accounting & Finance professionals in monitoring Company’s cash balances and liquidity requirements
• Oversee revenue & accounts receivable transactions
• Review / Approve balance sheet reconciliations
• Reviews / Assess SAP modules
• Train / Develop Accounting staff
• Prepare / Provide schedules to external Auditors during interim reviews and year-end audits
• Assist with SEC filings and ad hoc reporting requirements
• Partner with Finance team to lead month-end close

• CPA LICENSE REQUIRED
• Bachelors in Accounting required (Master’s degree a plus)
• Requires 5+ years of professional related work experience (accounting management)
• Experience in manufacturing preferred (not required)
• Requires proficiency in Finance and office applications (SAP or other Tier I ERP applications, Excel, Word)
• Must be financial/detail oriented and possess excellent analytical abilities and be customer oriented
