In this role, you'll help individuals, families, and business owners achieve financial security through personalized financial planning while building your own practice. Whether you're an experienced professional or looking for a career change, you'll receive industry-leading training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Responsibilities:- Build and grow a client base through networking, referrals, and relationship building
- Develop personalized financial plans and recommendations
- Educate clients on financial strategies and wealth-building solutions
- Maintain long-term client relationships and provide ongoing guidance
- Continuously develop your expertise through training and licensing
- Manage and grow your own financial planning practice
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic
- Coachable with a desire to learn and grow
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales, business development, or client-facing experience preferred
- Passion for helping others achieve financial security
- Organized with excellent time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Performance-based compensation with uncapped income potential (commission only)
- First-year advisor earnings typically range from $70,000 - $250,000+
