Phlebotomist

$17.00/hr - $19.75/hr

Shift schedule: 40 hours per week, start date ASAP, pay rate $17‑19.75/hr (based on years of experience).

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Explain procedures clearly to ensure patient comfort and confidence.
• Collect, label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing according to established procedures.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
• Perform daily duties accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collections as required.
• Accurately complete and maintain all required documentation.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience (required).
• Local candidates within 30 miles of Boca Raton are eligible.

Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
