• Provide occupational therapy assessments and treatments to clients in their homes
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Instruct clients and their families in home exercise programs
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and agencies to ensure optimal client care
• Document progress and treatment plans
• Maintain current knowledge of best practices
• Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems for accurate and compliant patient record management
• Working with diverse populations and age groups

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of and adherence to ethical and professional standards
