Inventory Control Coordinator – Boca Raton

Adecco is recruiting for an Inventory Control Coordinator opening in Boca Raton, FL. This is a long‑term opportunity. As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining Recon Sales inventory to ensure the products are ready when needed. Maintain the billings for hospitals for product used during surgeries and assist Asset Manager with inventory initiatives.

Shift hours are 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Pay is $21 per hour.

• 25% – Exchange and return expired products.
• 30% – Bill and restock inventory for Recon cases.
• 25% – Maintain inventory of Recon surgery kits.
• 20% – Manage ZDI product returns and process worn instrument returns.

• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze data to improve inventory mix.
• Organizational and time‑management skills are essential.
• Must maintain a high degree of professionalism in a potentially frustrating environment and extreme time constraints.
• Demonstrated knowledge to identify products by major product groupings and familiarity with product lines of other divisions.
• Must possess excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must be skilled in verbal and written communication techniques.

Associate’s Degree or applicable coursework.

Up to 5%.
