Grey Team is a nationally recognized nonprofit dedicated to ending veteran suicide through advanced, holistic health programs. Our Boca Raton facility offers cutting‑edge therapies, personalized recovery plans, and a stigma‑free environment where veterans and active‑duty service members can heal, rebuild, and thrive.

We’re seeking a compassionate, detail‑oriented Wellness Technician to join our team part‑time. This role supports the delivery of non‑pharmaceutical therapies and wellness services to our active‑duty and post‑service veteran members. Military veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of wellness technologies (e.g., hyperbaric oxygen chambers, infrared detox suites, cold immersion systems)
• Guide service members through therapy protocols and ensure comfort and safety during sessions
• Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of therapy rooms and equipment
• Support intake assessments and track service member progress
• Foster a welcoming, respectful environment that promotes healing and trust
• Collaborate with trainers, therapists, and leadership to ensure seamless care delivery

• Military veteran or strong familiarity with veteran culture preferred
• Passion for holistic health, wellness, and service
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a mission‑driven team
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with wellness or medical equipment a plus (training provided)
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate personal and professional needs

Job Type: Part‑time
Pay: $22.56 - $27.17 per hour
Expected hours:
No more than 20 per week
