Lab Outreach Client Service Representative, Laboratory

Responsible for processing laboratory specimens received from Physician and other accounts, Inter-Entity Hospital Labs, Baptist Urgent Care and Diagnostic Centers, Express Care Clinics, Free Standing ED and BHMG Physicians. Provides accurate and timely laboratory information to clients. Performs courier services as required. Registers patients in HIS Financials. Estimated pay range for this position is $18.87 - $24.53 / hour depending on experience.

• High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.

• Drivers License from Florida.

• Good customer service experience, knowledge of laboratory terminology, ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, and computer skills required.
• Preferred one year of specimen processing in a clinical laboratory or reference lab experience, previous courier service, experience in clinical lab or other organization performing patient registration and/or insurance registration.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
