Qualifications

• Unencumbered, active APRN / CRNA license in Florida (or eligible for licensure)
• NBCRNA certification (or eligibility)
• Flexibility:
  Willingness to work varied shifts (some hospitals may require call, nights, weekends)
• Professionalism and Communication:
  Ability to work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and OR teams
