Admissions Closer Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Proven experience in admissions within a healthcare or mental health setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of insurance verification processes and regulatory compliance.

Admissions Closer Responsibilities:

  • Manage the admissions process for individuals seeking mental health and substance abuse treatment services.

  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to assess patient needs and determine appropriate levels of care.
