Our clinic specializes in treating individuals with private health insurance, allowing for personalized treatment plans that focus on individual needs. This position is onsite at our Rehabilitation Center, where you will be surrounded by a network of dedicated professionals, including fellow physical therapists, administrative staff, and rehabilitation specialists. Our facility is equipped with advanced rehabilitation technology and tools, making it an ideal environment for implementing innovative treatment protocols. Your work schedule will be from Monday to Friday, with hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, providing a balanced work-life dynamic.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient goals and specific requirements, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.
• Manage a patient caseload effectively, accommodating one patient per hour to ensure focused and individualized care.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic interventions to aid in diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and prevention of musculoskeletal issues.
• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic exercises that enhance patients' range of motion, mobility, and overall function.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that incorporate diverse therapeutic techniques, such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Inspire and motivate patients during their rehabilitation journey to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic patient care.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, monitor patient progress, and communicate findings with patients effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and care delivered using EMR systems like WebPT.

Your primary focus will be on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will create tailored fitness and wellness programs that address the unique needs of each patient, encouraging them to adopt healthier lifestyles by improving their strength, flexibility, and overall physical well-being.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) is required.
• Active license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida, with no disciplinary actions on record.
• Proven proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to design and implement effective exercise regimens.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT, is highly desired for efficient documentation and patient management.

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred, allowing for a smoother integration into our patient care model.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and engage patients in their recovery process, with a focus on functional outcomes.
