Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking Dishwashers/Stewards to maintain the kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment as well as utensils in clean and orderly condition. Stewards are responsible for maintaining all equipment storage areas, dish areas, and loading dock including washing dishes, pot washer, and cleaning of kitchen equipment.
AM & PM Shifts Available
- Polish silver items, follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules. Maintain all equipment storage areas, dish areas, and loading dock.
- Wash dishes, operate pot washer, and clean kitchen equipment.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Polish all silver items by hand and by using the burnishing machine.
- Remove trash from the kitchen.
- Break down cardboard boxes.
- Set up three compartment sinks, meeting all sanitation standards.
- Report dishwasher problems to the supervisor on duty.
- Be aware of proper dishwasher temperatures.
- Previous stewarding experience within a high-end resort, hotel, or club, preferred
- Experience working within a high-volume kitchen
