As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing warm, professional service throughout their stay. Your responsibilities include check‑in/check‑out, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail help create a welcoming and seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- You will be the friendly and attentive face of our hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and assistance throughout their stay.
- Checking guests in and out, answering inquiries, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Reporting to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
- Opportunity to advance to Front Office Supervisor, Manager, or other hotel operations management roles.
- Hotel experience is always a plus. Applicants should have a combination of education and experience.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel and lift as required— with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
