Woodfield Boca Raton is looking for an outgoing, energetic, and hospitality‑driven professional who enjoys the art of service. The Concierge will provide an excellent member experience and ensure a positive first and last impression to Members/Guests by offering prompt, professional, and courteous service.

• Answer phones, book reservations, and provide information on all events taking place at the club.
• Build relationships with members and guests.
• Maintain a high level of service presentation and communication.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the club.

• Prior member service experience in the hospitality industry (required).
• Availability to work weekends and holidays (required).
• Excellent service presentation and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
