Associate – Talent Strategy; Division

Boca Raton, FL (Hybrid/Remote flexibility; EST preferred)

We are seeking an Associate – Talent Strategy to join our Permanent Division. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for high-level positions across a variety of industries.

• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to fill open requisitions
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
• Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle
• Assess candidate fit based on client core values, skill set, and overall alignment with the role
• Ensure timely submission and presentation of qualified applicants
• Communicate effectively with candidates regarding status and next steps
• Provide a consistent, brand-aligned candidate experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment
• Ability to work remotely, hybrid, or in-office (EST hours preferred)
• Outgoing personality with a positive, energetic attitude
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
