24-PSG is seeking a detail‑oriented and data‑driven Recruiting Sourcer with 1‑3 years of experience to support high‑volume talent acquisition efforts across our protective services and corporate functions. This role is ideal for a sourcing professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has a keen eye for talent, and is passionate about building pipelines that support mission‑critical roles.
- Conduct prescreening of candidates for a variety of roles, with a focus on executive protection and security operations functions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and alignment with role requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records and sourcing activity in ATS and other platforms.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, prioritizing based on business needs and urgency.
- Ensure a high level of attention to detail in candidate documentation, communication, and data tracking.
- Leverage industry knowledge to identify and engage candidates with relevant experience in protective services, law enforcement, intelligence, or related fields.
- Track and report sourcing metrics and pipeline health to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
- 1‑3 years of experience in a sourcing role, preferably in a high‑volume or fast‑paced environment.
- Strong prescreening and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience using AI sourcing tools (e.g., Indeed Smart Sourcing and Linked In Recruiter AI features) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Dayforce is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze sourcing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong phone etiquette; confident conducting candidate outreach and follow‑up calls.
- Experience in sourcing roles in the security, protection, or intelligence industry is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and multiple time zones.
