Rossen Law Firm is expanding rapidly and preparing to open a brand-new Boca Raton headquarters. We aim to add 20 or more professionals—attorneys, leaders, and staff—over the next 12 months, with offices opening in new Florida markets. The recruiter will own the hiring pipeline, shape the team, and help bring in the entire groups that join us.
You will also lead events for the legal community and work closely with leadership to ensure we hire top talent that fits our growth strategy.
