IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

In this role, you will join an established engineering environment at Forte, collaborating across international teams to drive full-lifecycle talent acquisition strategies. You will manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines across diverse technical domains, leveraging modern sourcing technologies to identify, attract, and hire top-tier engineering talent for global product initiatives.

As an Full Remote - Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will contribute to its success by acting as a strategic talent partner, collaborating closely with engineering managers and leadership to align talent strategies with delivery goals, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and upholding exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment journey.

• Drive end-to-end talent acquisition processes across diverse technical roles, from initial sourcing strategy and structured interviewing to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to refine role requirements, optimize sourcing strategies, and continuously improve recruitment efficiency and metrics.
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and pipeline data within the ATS while ensuring strictly compliant, ethical, and fair recruitment practices across all international markets.

• At least 3+ years of experience as a Full Cycle Talent Acquisition Specialist or IT Sourcer within an international IT or software engineering organization.
• Hands-on proficiency in advanced candidate sourcing techniques, including Linkedin Recruiter Boolean research

• Proven sourcing capability across technical platforms and professional networks, including Linked In

  , and Stack Overflow

• Solid understanding of software engineering concepts, modern tech stacks, and development life cycles.

• Hands-on familiarity with modern ATS management systems and data-driven recruitment metrics.
• Direct exposure to sourcing talent across diverse global markets and remote engineering Hubs.

• B1+/B2 English proficiency (written and spoken) for effective daily collaboration with global candidates and distributed hiring teams.
• Strong relationship-building, persuasion, and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Excellent analytical and research capabilities to evaluate candidate experience, technical alignment, and potential fit for complex roles.
