This role involves designing and building end-to-end large-scale AI/ML systems for forecasting, classification, regression, and predictive modeling. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in scalable solutions, proficiency in AI/ML frameworks, Python, SQL, data processing, distributed computing, and MLOps.
Responsibilities include data ingestion, feature engineering, model development, deployment, monitoring, and applying cutting-edge machine learning techniques. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop impactful AI/ML solutions is essential.
Responsibilities- Develop and deploy scalable AI/ML pipelines for feature engineering, training, tuning, evaluation, and inference.
- Utilize advanced time series analysis and classification techniques to improve model accuracy and predictive performance.
- Build efficient AI/ML models for real-time inference and batch processing.
- Collaborate with teams to define system requirements and integrate models into workflows.
- Explore and incorporate new AI/ML techniques, including deep learning, transformers, LLMs, and statistical modeling.
- Design agent-based systems combining machine learning, generative AI, and workflow automation.
- Create intelligent agents for user interaction, system integration, and operational streamlining.
- Establish evaluation protocols to ensure agent behaviors align with business objectives.
- Maintain professional communication within the team and organization.
- Develop ETL pipelines compatible with Azure Data Lake and Azure services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning with a proven portfolio of deployed solutions.
- Experience with predictive modeling, AI, NLP, and core quantitative techniques.
- Strong Python and SQL skills, with familiarity in PyTorch, PySpark, Tensor Flow.
- Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD for ML.
- Knowledge of database structures, data architecture, and governance.
- Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, and deep learning.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake, Azure Machine Learning, and other Azure cloud services.
