Ecommerce Solution Architect Job Boca Raton area,Florida USA,IT/Tech

Job Overview: The Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in the modernization and transformation of our eCommerce and Order Management Systems. They will be responsible for designing technical solutions that align with our business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and implementation of new systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical design and architecture for the transformation of eCommerce and OMS platforms.

Collaborate with business analysts, quality architects, and data migration architects to ensure a comprehensive solution.

Provide technical expertise on one or more OMS platforms such as Sterling Order Management, MAO, Blue Yonder, etc.

Act as a single point of contact for the customer to lead program progress, risk, issues, and mitigation plans to meet overall objectives.

Keep track of program plan, progress, and manage various streams of the program.

Foster a data-driven approach to define monetization strategy and enable real-time analytics for eCommerce operations.

Ensure the solution adheres to multi-channel capabilities and provides a consistent customer experience across all platforms.

Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance agility and responsiveness in the eCommerce and OMS domains.

Develop and maintain an enterprise technology roadmap that aligns with business objectives.

Define and enforce technology standards, patterns, and best practices.

Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in the architecture.

Plan and design integration strategies.

Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that architectural decisions align with business needs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Solution Architect in eCommerce and OMS transformation projects.

Deep understanding of enterprise-level technology and ecommerce trends and emerging technologies.

Expertise in designing complex, scalable, and secure enterprise-level solutions.

Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services.

In-depth knowledge of OMS platforms and their implementation in a retail environment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Expertise in creating and maintaining comprehensive architectural documentation.
