EY is seeking a Service Now Senior Consultant to lead transformation teams in the ESM space. This client‑visible role offers the chance to mobilize modern Service Now solutions, influence business outcomes, and grow both consulting and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery, including regular travel as required.
- Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models, processes, and requirements.
- Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
- Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of Service Now ESM/GBS engagements, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.
- Provide industry‑leading practice guidance for service and process implementations to meet strategic objectives.
- Lead client process and design sessions, facilitating requirements workshops with subject‑matter experts.
- Experience with waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk/issue logs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 2–4 years of relevant Service Now implementation experience.
- Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Minimum of one of the following certifications:
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Field Service Management
- 3+ years of consulting experience in a Big 4 or equivalent firm.
- Excellent soft skills: written and verbal communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, and organization.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel to meet client needs.
- Performance analytics and reporting experience.
- Source to Pay, Employee Center, Legal Service Delivery, and Workplace Service Delivery experience.
- Experience with Service Now AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
- Competitive base salary ranging from $102,500 to $187,900 in the U.S., with additional total rewards including medical/dental coverage, pension, 401(k), and paid time off.
- Hybrid work model with 40–60% on‑site expectations for most client‑serving roles.
