SAP - Finance - Senior Manager - Consulting - Location OPEN ation:
Anywhere in Country.

• On engagements, work with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP system capabilities; initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, workflow, documentation, and the functional design of the solution. Translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Manage and oversee complex processes and projects, ensuring quality and managing risk. Accountable for budget management, delivery, and performance of projects aimed at meeting specific objectives. Foster and manage client relationships, contributing to business growth through revenue generation and commercial relationship management.
• Engage in thought leadership, identify sales and new opportunities; participate in client engagements from planning to execution and closure; manage engagement economics with a focus on chargeability and revenue generation.
• Lead and deliver SAP projects or work streams with strong technical capabilities and business acumen.

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in SAP
• At least 3 years of experience working with one or more SAP modules
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members
• Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments, and advisory experience relevant to industry-specific finance and technology functions
• Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
• A willingness to travel to meet client needs

• Prior consulting industry experience
• SAP Certifications
• Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of core module
