At Predictive Sales AI (PSAI), we’re redefining how technology and intelligence transform digital marketing. Our AI‑powered software enables home services businesses to make smarter, faster decisions—fueling growth through automation, prediction, and precision.

We’re seeking a Senior Paid Search Manager who blends deep expertise in performance marketing with advanced quantitative analysis. You’ll be part of a team that’s not just running ads—to pioneer the next generation of AI‑enhanced marketing intelligence.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data science, paid search strategy, and real‑world business impact.

Job Overview

As a Senior Paid Search Manager
, you’ll own the performance of high‑impact PPC and social campaigns—leveraging PSAI’s proprietary AI tools to uncover patterns, predict outcomes, and optimize spend efficiency. You’ll architect advanced bidding strategies, build forecasting models, and translate data into actionable growth insights.

This is a senior individual contributor role—perfect for someone who wants to push the boundaries of what’s possible in paid media without managing a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect high‑performance campaigns:
Lead advanced search and social strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging platforms with a focus on automation, efficiency, and measurable ROI.
  • Leverage AI tools for predictive optimization:
Use PSAI’s proprietary technology to identify high‑probability conversion patterns, dynamic audience segments, and next‑gen attribution insights.
  • Build and refine forecasting models:
Apply statistical modeling and regression analysis to predict campaign outcomes and inform strategic media decisions.
  • Conduct deep performance analysis:
Synthesize multi‑channel data (CPC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc.) to drive recommendations rooted in statistical significance, not intuition.
  • Experiment and test:
Design controlled experiments (A/B, multivariate, incrementality testing) to quantify the lift and validate hypotheses.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally:
Partner with product, analytics, and client strategy teams to translate AI insights into tactical paid media actions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor:
Present findings and insights clearly to stakeholders and clients, simplifying complex data into strategic recommendations.
  • Champion innovation:
Stay ahead of the evolving search landscape—AI bidding, automation, privacy changes, and LLM‑driven audience models.
Desired Traits
  • A quantitative thinker who sees media through the lens of data models and probability.
  • A curious experimenter who thrives on testing and optimization.
  • A strategic problem solver who can blend creative and analytical approaches.
  • A self‑starter with strong ownership of results and continuous improvement mindset.
Required Skills And Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Data Science (advanced quantitative training required).
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid search and social campaigns with demonstrated success in ROI and scale.
  • Proven expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics; familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau) a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical modeling, forecasting, and experimentation (knowledge of regression analysis, probability modeling, A/B testing).
  • Advanced Excel or Python/R skills for data analysis and automation.
  • Deep understanding of bidding algorithms, attribution modeling, and conversion tracking frameworks.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills—able to turn complex datasets into clear insights and strategic narratives.
