• Proven experience as a Web Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing website design projects, including responsive and mobile‑first sites.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design principles.
• Ability to work closely with developers and translate designs into functional websites.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front‑end basics is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile or collaborative development environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
